Lisa Rathman is the lead HF nurse practitioner of PENN Medicine Lancaster General Health Heart Failure Program in Lancaster, PA. She is Heart Failure Program Coordinator for the HF Program at PENN Medicine Lancaster General Health.
Ms. Rathman earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, with an Adult Critical Care Nurse Practitioner specialty. She is board certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She is a founding member and past President of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses. She has been a member of Heart Failure Society of America since 2000 and has served on various committees. She is a member of American College of Cardiology, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau.
