This bootcamp is a unique 1-day comprehensive program that is intended for clinicians taking care of mechanical circulatory support (MCS) patients including ventricular assist device (VAD) coordinators, nurse practitioners, nurses and other providers interested in advanced heart failure. This state-of-the-art program is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge of options in MCS for patients with advanced heart failure and the management and support of these patients before and after receiving MCS. This program will provide educational content for those new to advanced heart failure and the program will challenge experienced clinicians.
