Stephanie Ahuja

Stephanie Ahuja is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Regional Heart Failure Program in Vancouver, British Columbia. Working within a regional program supports her commitment to advancing standardized heart failure care across the health authorities in her region. Through her various roles in the Heart Centre at St. Paul’s Hospital, she has dedicated more than 15 years to caring for patients living with heart failure. Her extensive experience in the outpatient Heart Failure Clinic deepened her commitment to integrating early palliative care conversations into the heart failure trajectory, recognizing their essential role in supporting patients and families.

Collaborating on this workshop with members of the CHFS and AAHFN, through her role on the CHFS Nursing and Allied Health Committee, has been both an honour and a pleasure for Stephanie. She values the opportunity to work alongside a distinguished team of experts and has found it a meaningful learning experience, particularly in hearing about diverse practices across North America.
