Sarine Beukian NP

Sarine Beukian, MSN, AGACNP-BC, FHFSA is a CCU Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City. Sarine is passionate about heart failure, hemodynamics, cardiogenic shock, and acute mechanical circulatory support.

Sarine obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the American University of Beirut and after gaining work experience as a CCU nurse at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, she joined Case Western Reserve University as clinical faculty while earning her Master’s degree in Nursing. She completed her clinical rotations at the University Hospitals Case Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic, where she also carried her undergraduate nursing student clinicals. Sarine is currently pursuing a master’s in health administration at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.

Sarine is active in both clinical practice and research. Her research areas include decongestion in Heart Failure and APN education and training in Heart Failure. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Failure Society of America.
