Rebecca Reay MSN, ACNP

Ms. Reay is a certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has worked at the Cleveland Clinic in the Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute since 2010, spending the past 10 years working in the Kaufman Center for Heart Failure Treatment and Recovery. Rebecca specializes in the care of the advanced heart failure patient in the ambulatory setting. She has been designated as a fellow in the Heart Failure Society of America Failure and was selected as an Inspiring leader by the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses (AAHFN) in 2018. Rebecca is passionate about improving the quality of life for patients living with heart failure and is very grateful to be a part of this year’s AAHFN Annual conference.
