Maria “Fe” White is a seasoned Registered Nurse who has spent the last 30 years working as a Nurse Practitioner primarily in the Cardiology and Heart Failure specialty.. In the last 8 years, Fe has taken a leadership and administrative role as the Associate Director for the Heart and Lung Transplant Programs and Advanced Heart Disease Management Programs at Cedars Sinai Medical Center She has been an active member of AAHFN, ACC, ISHLT, and HFSA. She holds a designation as a Fellow of HFSA and was awarded the Clinical Excellence Nursing Award by HFSA in 2022. She is a certified Nurse Executive and holds board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has been a speaker at many local and national, and internation conferences spreading the message of advancing heart failure care and enhancing access to care for patients living with advanced heart disease. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty and Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Nursing in the Nurse Practitioner Program.
