Erin Davis MBA, BSN, RN

Erin is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Transplant, and Mechanical Circulatory Support at the bedside, as a coordinator, and currently in administrative program leadership. She has a deep commitment and passion for furthering the field of organ failure, helping patients gain access to life-saving therapies. Erin has worked on the University Hospital side of healthcare as well as in the MCS space as an Industry reimbursement, market access, and government policy leader. She oversees an amazing team of nurses, engineers, assistants, social workers, financial coordinators, and coders at the University of Utah Hospital. Erin completed her MBA in 2023 and enjoys racing triathlons and being a mom to 2 kids at home and her 53 team members at work.
