Derrick Andrews, RN, BSN, MBA is the Manager of the Heart Failure Program for Novant Health in the Winston‑Salem Market. In this role, he leads multidisciplinary initiatives focused on improving outcomes, optimizing care transitions, and advancing value‑based heart failure management. Derrick brings over a decade of clinical experience in cardiovascular and critical care nursing, including cardiac ICU and cardiac catheterization laboratory settings.
