Currently serving as the thoracic transplant manager at the Cedars-Sinai Smidt Heart Institute and Comprehensive Transplant Center in Los Angeles. Over 30 years of experience in thoracic transplant coordination and management. Responsible for program, protocol, and policy development across pre-transplant, post-transplant, and organ procurement. Co-authored numerous papers and consensus guidelines, published in the Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation and the American Journal of Transplantation. Currently serving on the ISHLT Board of Directors. Served as Co-Chair of the UNOS Region 5 Education Collaborative. Recently co-chaired the ISHLT Consensus Conference: “The Evolving Role of Nursing Professionals in Thoracic Transplantation.”
