Ms. Kerry Sackman FNP-C, MSN, CHFN

Kerry has worked as nurse practitioner for over 11 years. Initially worked as a RN in Cardiology and critical care for 5 years, and is currently certified as a Certified Heart Failure Nurse. As a nurse practitioner her clinical background consists of internal medicine, hospital medicine, and cardiology with a subspecialty focus in advanced heart failure. She has a passion for APP professional development, clinical excellence recognition, and continuing education.

Kerry is a fellow member of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses also serving as a lead on the Patient Education Committee with a primary focus on supporting Heart Failure Awareness Week. She is also a fellow member of the Heart Failure Society of America and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
