Lisa Rathman MSN, CRNP

Lisa Rathman is the lead nurse practitioner and HF program Coordinator for Lancaster General Health/PENN Medicine Heart Failure Program in Lancaster, PA. She is clinical associate faculty in the School of Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Rathman earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, with an Adult Critical Care Nurse Practitioner specialty. She is board certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She is past President of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses and is the current chair of development for AAHFN.
