Ms. Michele Gilbert MSN, NP-C, CCRN, CHFN

Michele Gilbert is an Adult Nurse Practitioner working in the Heart Success Program of Chilton Medical Center, Pompton Plains NJ. She has over 40 years of experience in nursing, including cardiothoracic intensive care, surgical and medical intensive care, acute hemodialysis, pulmonary hypertension and the care of heart failure patients. Ms. Gilbert is a founding member of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses and has presented at many of the national meetings. She has been an invited speaker at The Heart Failure Society of America Scientific Conference, at AACN’s National Teaching Conference, and many local and national conferences.
